What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Women's Imaging Specialists?
Outpatient imaging center is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for 3 small site locations. The ideal candidate will be personable and have the ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively to facilitate patient flow, billing and scheduling. Candidate must have experience managing a staff of 5 or more. Must be flexible to be able to go to all 3 sites as needed: Dawsonville, Sandy Springs and Cumming.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative staff at each location
Conduct interviews and disciplinary actions as well as training when needed
Performing administrative tasks to ensure a smoothly run office
Oversee that clinical schedules are full by delegating follow up calls for appointments
Overseeing client payments are maintained and up to date
Keep budgetary issues in mind when placing orders or purchasing supplies
Keep inventory of necessary office supplies
Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Serve as primary point of contact for all maintenance/repairs of 2 locations
Implement any changes approved and directed by the V.P. of Operations
Qualifications:
- Have 2 years in managing an medical office, experience with check in and out of patients in a medical setting
- HIPAA Trained and certified
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written format recommended
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience working with an electronic medical records system preferred, not required
- Team player with the ability to work hard but have fun while working
