What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front Office Administrator position at Women's Imaging Specialists?
- Welcome patients to our Women's Imaging Specialists facility in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify patients' identity by drivers' license and insurance card; verify that insurance is effective
- Assist patients with intake forms, both paper and electronic
- Manage the daily appointment schedule and communicate to clinicians any exceptions/additions/inconsistencies to the schedule
- Make outbound phone calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments; rescheduling appointments when necessary
- Schedule new and existing patients
- Scan, fax and file documents as needed assuring all documents are in their proper places
- Master Infinitt scheduling software
- Access Excel spreadsheets to add, omit, and create data regarding productivity using Sharepoint
- Provide patient education when necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly waiting room
- Complete general office duties when assigned
- Complete all assigned trainings
Requirements
BILINGUAL - English and Spanish
One (1) year medical office experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, and Word
- Keen attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Customer service training, either on-the-job or through a certificate program
- Ability to travel to other WIS sites on occasion
- Ability to sit for hours at a time typing on a computer keyboard
- Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds
