Compensation Administrator
- Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Pay: $33/Hour
Job Summary
The Compensation Administrator designs, implements, and manages compensation programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s philosophy and strategic objectives. This role provides daily strategic recommendations through market analysis, salary surveys, and ongoing evaluations to maintain competitive compensation practices.
Responsibilities
- Communicate compensation policies clearly and transparently to employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct job evaluations and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Provide guidance during salary negotiations for new hires and existing employees
- Assess compensation programs regularly to ensure competitiveness
- Recommend adjustments to salary structures and incentive programs based on data analysis and industry best practices
- Work with HR leadership to develop strategies that attract and retain top talent
- Complete annual compensation surveys and stay updated on industry trends
- Generate and analyze reports to support strategic decision-making
Summary Qualification
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience managing and administering compensation programs for mid-size organizations
Requirements
- Adept in job pricing and market benchmarking practices
- Knowledge of US compliance practices (e.g., FLSA)
- Flexible, adaptable, and a proactive team player
Skill
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Advanced Excel proficiency
