Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, and specialty drinks to exacting standards
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service periods
- Engage with guests in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of coffee station and equipment
- Follow all recipe, presentation, and operational standards
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to support seamless service flow
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred (high-volume or luxury hospitality a plus)
- Strong understanding of espresso preparation and coffee fundamentals
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and detail-oriented under pressure
- Professional appearance and hospitality-first mindset
