Location: Denver Metro area (Territory-Based)


Clinical Director of Business Development


OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives within the clinical K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of high performance, a deep understanding of the unique staffing and clinical service needs of schools, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key education decision-makers. Multi-state travel is required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our clinical services presence in K–12 schools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with superintendents, special education directors, and school administrators.
  • Leverage expertise in school systems, special education, and funding mechanisms to position our services as essential solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive, client-focused presentations that clearly articulate value and drive decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at key education and healthcare conferences to promote services and expand networks.
  • Multi-state travel is required.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Experience in the K–12 education sector, particularly in special education or clinical services.
  • Strong understanding of school funding structures and budget cycles.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
