What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at Wolf & Warrior Brewing Company?
KITCHEN JOB DAILY DUTIES: Cook
1. Prepare high quality hot & cold food items
2. Review menu for the day w/Manager
3. Inform Manager in a timely manner if products are needed or deliveries are not on time
4. Prep & stock all stations w/food & backup needed for service
5. Prepare all menu items per Wolf & Warrior specs
6. Record temperatures 3 times daily
7. Maintains proper food handling, safety & sanitation standards when serving food & cleaning
8. Clean all prep & cooking surfaces, china & small wares, sweep, mop & organize walk in cooler
9. Assist in other areas of the operation as needed
WEEKLY TERM DUTIES:
1. Create new menu items per week to pitch to Manager (can be recipes not necessarily prepared food to taste) – these could be specials
2. Cost out the menu anytime there is a change in pricing of product – this could be weekly or monthly
3. Provide COG and analysis of spend versus menu item prices on a weekly basis
4. Write out and present to Manager the menu language for each item
5. Assess inventory on a weekly basis and dispose of spoiled products, consult Manager prior to tossing anything that might be re-purposed
Pay rate within stated range, depending upon experience level.

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
