Property Services Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on operations leader to oversee field service operations and lead our Maintenance division. This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving performance, improving operational systems, and managing a field-based team of technicians within a complex, multi-site residential environment.
This is not a single-site facilities role. It requires proven experience leading field teams across multiple locations and the ability to operate both strategically and in the field when needed.
