What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Executive Director / Operations Manager position at Dr. Yesenia Colón Rivera Psychological Services...?
Executive Director / Operations ManagerBilingual Behavioral Health Practice
Lebanon, PA | Part-Time with Path to Full-Time | Hybrid
Help Build Something Meaningful
We believe mental health care should be accessible in the language and culture that clients call home.
Our practice was founded by a Puerto Rican psychologist who saw firsthand how difficult it can be for Spanish-speaking individuals and families to find a therapist who understands both their language and their lived experience.
We are building more than a practice—we are building a professional community where bilingual clinicians can grow, support one another, and help expand access to high-quality mental health care for Latino communities across Central Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a mission-driven Executive Director / Operations Manager who wants to help shape the future of a growing organization while building systems, supporting staff, and improving access to care.
This position starts part-time and is expected to grow into a full-time leadership role as the practice expands.
Why Join Us? Opportunity for Growth
This is not simply an office manager position.
You will have the opportunity to help build operational infrastructure, improve processes, support strategic growth, and contribute to the long-term direction of the organization.
As the practice grows, there is a pathway to increased responsibility, compensation, and a full-time executive leadership role.
Mission-Driven Work
You will play a direct role in increasing access to culturally responsive behavioral health services for Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
Values-Based Culture
We believe that excellent care begins with healthy teams.
We strive to create a workplace where people can do meaningful work, continue growing professionally, and still have the energy at the end of the day to enjoy the people and activities that matter most to them.
Flexible Hybrid Schedule
The role combines in-person leadership at our Lebanon office with flexibility for administrative work when appropriate.
