Job Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist supports the Firm by providing administrative support functions of a responsible and confidential nature.
Essential Job Functions

· Answer general phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
· Open and distribute mail.
· Manage conference room schedule and meeting set-ups.
· Maintain paper and electronic files.
· Help organize and maintain office common areas.
· Greet clients and visitors.
· Maintain office supplies.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· Three (3) years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced office required.
· Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent preferred.
· Experience working for a public accounting firm preferred.
· Experience working with Indian Tribes and related entities preferred.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
