Woelber Excavating LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver to join our growing underground utility construction team. We specialize in water, sewer, storm sewer, site development, and earthwork projects throughout the Black Hills and western South Dakota.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including truck and trailer combinations.
- Haul heavy equipment, construction materials, pipe, aggregates, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Coordinate deliveries with project managers, foremen, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation.
- Assist field crews with labor or equipment operation when deliveries are complete, as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized trucks and trailers.
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (required)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Experience hauling heavy equipment and construction materials preferred
- Ability to operate lowboy, tag trailer, side dump, end dump, or belly dump is a plus
- Experience operating loaders, excavators, skid steers, or dozers is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
