About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a laid-back, yet professional setting and wants to make a positive impact without the burnout of high-volume or hospital-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and health history updates
- Administer GLP-1 and other wellness-related injections
- Offer education and support on treatment plans
- Document notes using a simple EMR
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized patient environment
- Contribute to a positive, upbeat patient experience
