You're not selling parts.
You're helping customers avoid downtime before it happens.
What You'll Actually Do
As a Product Support Sales Representative, you'll manage and grow your assigned territory by developing new customer relationships while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout your territory
- Build long-term relationships with operations, maintenance, warehouse, fleet, and purchasing leaders
- Visit customer facilities to understand equipment usage and identify service opportunities
- Recommend parts, maintenance, repair, and fleet solutions that improve uptime
- Grow Customer Support Agreements and recurring service revenue
- Partner with WMH Service, Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to deliver complete customer solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate customer activity through Salesforce CRM
- Manage your territory with accountability, professionalism, and urgency

Qualifications
Required
- Professional experience in outside sales, territory management, account development, business development, industrial sales, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory
- Ability to use CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to enter warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and industrial environments
