Key Responsibilities

- Elevate customer service for internal and external clients
- Mastermind scheduling, dispatching, and workload management
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality within our Service Dept.
- Fuel monthly departmental reports
- Oversee work in progress (WIP)
- Provide unwavering support to our internal service team
- Foster solid partnerships with manufacturers and vendors
- Initiate and manage work orders
- Be the support backbone for external and internal customers, including rental equipment contract coordination, shipping, and receiving
- Champion service department data entry
- Ace warranty and fleet claims processing
- Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere

- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service Expertise
- Previous service support experience (heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive preferred)
- Team-player extraordinaire
- Microsoft 365 Suite pro, especially Excel
