At WMH Solutions, we’re hiring a Senior Forklift Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and field service excellence across material handling and heavy equipment fleets.

This is a senior-level role for technicians who want more autonomy, influence, and long-term career growth — not just another wrench-turning job.

🔍 Role Snapshot

• Experience: 5 years (forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel, or industrial)
  
  
• Focus: Electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, advanced troubleshooting
  
  
• Schedule: Full-time, field-based
  
  
• Territory: Local service area
  
  
• Vehicle: Company van (take home)

• Equipment: Company van, tablet, fuel card
  
  
• Travel Time: 100% paid
  
  

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair forklifts & material handling equipment
  
  
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, sensors, controllers & motors
  
  
• Perform hydraulic repairs (hoses, pumps, valves, cylinders)
  
  
• Conduct & complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  
  
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
  
  
• Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations

🛠️ Qualifications

• 5 years as a forklift technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
• Strong electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics & wiring diagrams
• Valid driver’s license
