We're looking for an experienced Senior Forklift Field Service Technician to join our growing service team supporting customers throughout the Charlotte market.
Whether your experience comes from forklifts, heavy equipment, construction equipment, diesel trucks, agricultural equipment, cranes, aerial lifts, industrial machinery, fleet maintenance, military equipment, or mobile hydraulics, we'd love to talk with you.
Previous forklift experience is a plus—but it's not required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Every day is different.
You'll spend your time diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing customer equipment throughout your assigned territory.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and fuel systems
- Diagnose engine and transmission issues
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Complete scheduled service calls
- Repair forklifts and material handling equipment
- Inspect customer equipment
- Perform warranty repairs
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Communicate directly with customers
- Recommend additional repairs and maintenance
- Maintain your service truck inventory
- Represent WMH professionally at customer locations

Preferred qualifications include:
- 5 years of technician or mechanic experience
- Strong hydraulic troubleshooting
- Electrical diagnostics
- Diesel or LP engine experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
