What You'll Do

• Own the Floor: Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations with high energy and operational excellence.
• Build Your Dream Team: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and elevate a winning crew.
• Drive the Results: Maximize sales and profitability by mastering labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Serve Up Quality: Deliver craveable food, lighting-fast drive-thru times, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead by Example: Jump on the line during peak rushes to support your team when the heat is on.
• Keep It Spotless & Safe: Maintain strict food safety, health regulations, and Wendy's high brand standards.
• Spot the Growth: Analyze store performance metrics to find fresh opportunities for growth.
• Build the Vibe: Foster a positive, inclusive, high-vibes culture where teamwork wins every time.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR/Fast Casual preferred)
• Is passionate about growing people, building culture, and having fun at work
• Brings strong business acumen, quick decision-making, and dynamic problem-solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep cool under pressure
• Holds a valid ServSafe Certification (or is ready to get certified)
• Leads with integrity, hustle, and high accountability
