Car Wash Sales Representative
As a Car Wash Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers and sell express, full-service, and detail car wash packages, including memberships. While no prior car wash experience is necessary, a passion for sales and exceptional customer service is essential. You will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach customers and promote our express, full service, and detail wash packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our wash menu, pricing, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash.
- Complete daily sales reports and share the results with the entire team.
