At WKS Restaurant Group – Wendy's, Assistant Managers are key leaders who help drive restaurant success. You'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, coach and develop your team, and create an environment where both employees and customers thrive. Many of our General Managers began their careers as Assistant Managers.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Lead shifts that deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, labor, and food costs
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and restaurant financial controls
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others
- Leads with integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Is committed to operational excellence and food safety
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a ServSafe Certification
- Is ready to grow into a General Manager and beyond
