Responsibilities
- Process real estate title files from start to finish
- Manage agent communications (calls, emails, requests)
- Coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Order lien searches, title searches, and payoffs
- Prepare settlement statements and closing packages
- Clear title issues and follow compliance requirements
- Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in residential title processing (Required)
- 3 years of experience and a valid title agent license (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Florida real estate procedures
- Proficiency with title software and closing platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Candidates near Dadeland Mall in Miami (Preferred)
