This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Title Processor/Closer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property title searches, preparing title commitments, coordinating and managing closing schedules, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. Additionally, they will work closely with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to deliver timely and effective closing processes.
- Proficient communication skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience in handling closings, escrow processes, and preparing related documents
- Strong skills in deal closure, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including buyers, lenders, and attorneys
- Basic knowledge of real estate title procedures and state regulations is preferred
- Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant title and escrow management software tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in title processing or similar fields are advantageous
