Production Manager – Residential Remodeling (Working Field Lead)
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Production Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. At this time, this is a hands-on field leadership role—you will be actively involved in the work while managing crews, coordinating trade partners, and ensuring projects are completed with quality, efficiency, and care.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in hands-on carpentry work as needed to keep projects moving
- Lead residential remodeling projects through all phases of construction
- Manage and support the field crew in daily production
- Interact professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Coordinate trade partners to maintain schedule and quality standards
- Develop and manage project schedules using JobTread
- Conduct regular jobsite visits for progress, quality, and safety
- Ensure safety standards and jobsite compliance are met
- Train and mentor carpenters and field staff
- Serve as the primary field leader for production execution
- 5 years of residential construction experience (remodeling preferred)
- Strong hands-on carpentry skills (finish and/or rough framing)
- Field leadership experience (foreman, lead carpenter, or similar role)
- Ability to both lead and work in the field daily
- Strong ability to manage schedules, people, and multiple projects
- Excellent communication with crews and trade partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lead with consistency, accountability, and respect
- Michigan Builder’s License preferred or willingness to obtain
