Compensation

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily hands-on interior & exterior carpentry work, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation
- Lead by example on-site, working alongside crew members to complete projects
- Manage and execute residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate day-to-day job site activities while staying actively involved in the work
- Supervise and support crew members and trade partners as needed
- Interact professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintain project schedules and help keep work on track through active participation
- Communicate regularly with the project manager and office team
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Troubleshoot and solve problems in real time on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Assist with material planning, pickups, and organization on-site
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
- Strong rough and/or finish carpentry skills
- Ability to work hands-on while helping lead job site activities
- Ability to read basic plans
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Some leadership experience or ability to guide others on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of job site safety
