Compensation

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload from intake to settlement, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and care.
- Develop and implement strategic case plans that align with client goals and maximize settlement outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Prepare and review demand packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Collaborate with attorneys to assess case strengths and weaknesses, providing insights for litigation decisions.
- Maintain detailed and organized case files, documenting all client interactions and case developments.
- Monitor and adhere to deadlines, ensuring timely progression of each case through the pre-litigation process.
What We’re Looking For
- The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases in a law firm specializing in personal injury law.
- Strong working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip & Falls, Dog Bites, Premises Liability, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to provide outstanding client service while managing deadlines.
- A proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership and moves cases forward.
- Experience with case management software (Neos a plus, not required).
- Proficiency in handling insurance companies and managing adjusters is a critical skill required for this role.
- Strong written, digital, and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent self-management abilities, prioritization skills, and proficiency in relevant tools are essential for success in this position.
- Demonstrated excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, is preferred.
- Ability to mesh in a Team environment, focusing on client satisfaction.
