Inspire Autism is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric occupational therapy services for young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This full-time, clinic-based role focuses on early intervention for children ages 2–7 and offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends.
The OT/R will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team that also includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (RBTs).

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children with autism in a clinic-based early intervention setting
- Support the development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and support progress monitoring to guide treatment planning
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to support comprehensive care
- Educate and coach caregivers on at-home strategies to support functional skill development
- Evaluate clients
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan
- Experience providing pediatric therapy services; experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Knowledge of sensory processing, fine motor development, developmental milestones, and self-care skill training
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with clinical documentation and electronic medical records
- Clinic-based experience is a plus
