We are seeking attorneys ranging from newly admitted to attorneys with 6 years of litigation experience who want meaningful, hands-on involvement in cases and a clear path for professional growth.
This role is ideal for attorneys who want to do more than support cases. Attorneys at HHMR take depositions, draft and argue motions, work directly with clients and experts, and participate in case strategy from the outset. Construction litigation experience is helpful but not required, but a genuine interest in this area of law is a must. Strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential. We provide meaningful mentorship to meet the needs of attorneys at all levels.

- Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts to gather critical case information.
- Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that align with their business objectives and legal needs.
- Participate actively in settlement negotiations, aiming for favorable outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Research and analyze legal precedents to support case strategies and enhance litigation outcomes.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment at HHMR.
- Experience in litigation, with a focus on construction and casualty cases, for two to six years.
- Ability to lead and manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions effectively.
- Experience conducting depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts.
- Ability to collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that align with their business objectives.
