Responsibilities
Here's how it works
TIER 1 — Independent | $1,600/month
For established clinicians who are comfortable managing their own practice and primarily need professional space. You run your billing, your admin, your schedule. We provide the space, the environment, and the community.
Best for Experienced providers with a full or near-full caseload who want autonomy and low overhead.
TIER 2 — Supported | $1,900/month
For clinicians actively building or expanding their practice who want some structure and shared systems without full support. You get access to administrative tools, increased referral opportunities, and operational support — while still running your practice your way.
Best for Mid-career clinicians growing a caseload who want light infrastructure without full dependence.
TIER 3 — Full Support | $2,200/month
For clinicians ready to make the move into private practice who want to hand off the administrative side — billing, credentialing, phone systems, and practice development support. You focus entirely on your clients. We support the rest.
Best for Clinicians transitioning from agency or group practice who are ready to go independent but don't want to figure it all out alone.
