Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
- Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
- Background in the legal industry preferred
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Law school or college student preferred
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
- Ability to empathize with clients, understanding their needs and concerns to provide the best possible support
- Proven track record of managing schedules and booking appointments accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to handle paperwork, data entry, and maintain a tidy case management system
- Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets, email, and case management tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth office operations
