Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Conduct meaningful conversations Gather key information to understand each potential client’s situation and determine if we can help.
- Keep us organized Enter client information into our case management system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the legal and sales team Schedule consultations, share intake summaries, and make sure our team members have everything they need before meeting a client.
- Follow up with compassion Check in with potential clients and ensure no one slips through the cracks.
- Maintain confidentiality Handle every case and client with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Provide office oversight Place supply orders, organize inbound and outbound mail, ensure office tidiness, etc.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine desire to help people during difficult times.
- Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar).
- The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
