- What this actually looks like You are the first point of contact—the bridge between a "maybe" and a "yes." You aren’t "cold calling" names in a phone book. You’re talking to people who want help, and it’s your job to guide them from curiosity to a committed appointment.
- This role is ideal for someone who is energized by consistent lead follow-up, enjoys meaningful conversations, and has the persistence to stay engaged with prospects until the timing is right. You will be working with warm leads and an established database, helping nurture relationships and setting appointments for our sales team.
What We Are Looking For
- An active Texas Real Estate License is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Emotional stamina and resilience when facing rejection
- Ability to stay positive and consistent during long follow-up cycles
