- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right flooring and tile solutions for their needs.
- Follow up with new and existing clients to maximize opportunities.
- Create proposals and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Stay organized, track your progress, and consistently meet sales goals.
- Represent Carpet City with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
- Strong sales background (retail, outside sales, home improvement, or similar).
- A results-driven mindset—you love setting goals and surpassing them.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable using software programs and staying on top of details.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
