You will take the lead on a diverse and sophisticated caseload, including
- Complex divorces and child custody disputes
- International family law matters (including child abduction cases)
- Cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health dynamics
- Financially intricate cases requiring strategic thinking
- Represent clients in court (motions, hearings, trials)
- Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations
- Conduct discovery, including depositions
- Develop strong legal strategies and written work product
- Build trusted relationships with clients in highly sensitive situations
- Minimum 2 years of Washington family law experience
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Excellent writing, research, and case management abilities
- Ability to connect with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds

- Flexibility to work across international time zones when needed

- Management of matters including complex child custody disputes, divorces, international relocation and child abduction, and complex financial issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Representation of clients in court for motions, hearings, and trials.
- Representation of clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Preparation of and engagement in discovery, including depositions.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work in various international time zones.
