Compensation- $100,000 - $180,000 yearly Compensation including a base with a structured Bonus Plan and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Creating case strategies and plans for successful outcomes in a variety of employment and personal injury matters
- Conduct and defend depositions of lay witnesses and experts
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and jury trials
- Draft complex pleadings
- Manage case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
- Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and calm in high-pressure situations
- Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while providing aggressive representation
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Experience representing clients in mediations
- Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Prior experience representing Plaintiffs and/or at least three years of litigation experience
