Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes.
- Follow all manufacturer specifications for vehicle system repairs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and facilitate returning business.
- Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles.
- Proven track record of quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
