What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering the exceptional service experience Lexus customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently while meeting dealership quality standards
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and more
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Test-drive vehicles to verify diagnoses and completed repairs
• Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records

What We're Looking For

• Automotive technician experience required
• Toyota or Lexus experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and team-oriented professional
• Customer-focused mindset
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
