You’ll be creating bold, engaging visuals that bring Wix’s creative tools and features to life, crafting visually compelling narratives that align with current trends, aiming to inspire a diverse community of creators.
In your day-to-day, you’ll:

With a multidisciplinary in-house design studio of over 300 designers, our mission is to implement a cohesive and coherent brand strategy across all visual assets at Wix. We believe diversity and perspective help us make our products better. So we’re an energetic and diverse Guild that plays a hands-on role in the creation of eye-catching design templates, products, and promotional content to interior design, cutting-edge visuals, and content-based products that inspire over 243 million users worldwide.
Expected base compensation salary range $85,000 - $ 110,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.

In your day-to-day, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery
- Design visual assets for social channels (IG, TT, LI, and more), and keep our content on-brand while adapting it for different platforms and formats
- Turn product features into attention-grabbing, story-driven content
- Collaborate closely with content strategists, copywriters, and video editors
- Bring fresh, trend-aware creative thinking to everything you do
- Use a data-first approach by reviewing performance metrics and improving the design based on those insights
- 2 years of experience in a professional design setting, with hands-on experience in motion design and/or video editing—especially for social-first, mobile content
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and relevant image-making and motion tools
- Multidisciplinary approach with expertise in web design, motion, and visual storytelling across multiple digital formats
- An ability to dissect and understand a brand’s DNA and its target audience
- An innovative, conceptual thinker who’s curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and has excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with AI tools or 3D design – an advantage
- A portfolio showcasing design work
