Airport Construction Project Manager & Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Construction Project Manager
New Mexico (Onsite – MUST BE LOCAL)
12‑Month Contract | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity
$60 per hour
We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from an owner’s perspective within a PMO environment, supporting critical infrastructure across aviation construction, power utilities, transmission & distribution (T&D), and energy projects.
Aviation / Airport Construction Project Manager
Hiring 1 PM focused on aviation projects
Timeline: Start in the next few weeks
Location: Must be local to New Mexico (no relocation reimbursement)
Experience Requirements
7–10 years of airport/aviation construction experience
Project exposure should include:
Airport operations
Runways
Aviation fueling systems
Baggage handling systems
Airport infrastructure
FAA standards and regulations
Airport-specific clearance requirements
FAA processes (critical driver)
Manage:
Scope
Budget
Schedule
Client-facing responsibilities
Documentation and project paperwork
QA/QC with heavy emphasis on FAA compliance
Work within active airport environments
Project Details
Example work:
City of Albuquerque airport renovations (up to ~$7M)
System upgrades, baggage claim improvements, airport revitalization
Travel:
Minimal (occasional trips to Santa Fe or South Valley)
Must be willing to commute locally
Preferences (Not Required)
PMP or PE certification (nice to have)
