What This Role Does
Once a project is sold and permitted, you take full control of execution:
- Managing daily construction operations across multiple active projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and scheduling trades
- Assigning tasks to field crew and maintaining productivity
- Procuring materials and verifying deliveries
- Maintaining job schedules and identifying delays before they happen
- Communicating project progress clearly to ownership and clients
- Upholding Ark Light’s quality and professionalism standards on every jobsite
Project Types
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Home additions and structural renovations
- Interior tenant improvements
- Light commercial buildouts
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years construction experience, remodeling strongly preferred
- Proven experience running job sites as a superintendent or lead foreman
- Ability to read construction plans and understand sequencing
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple trades simultaneously
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects at different stages
- Reliable vehicle and personal tools
- Non-negotiables: integrity, accountability, and clear communication
Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential: $75,000–$100,000 annually
Compensation is structured as a weekly performance draw against project-based profit bonuses. Strong performers earn significantly above base. Full compensation structure and performance agreement are provided to qualified candidates prior to offer.
