Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Preferably holds a valid California Teaching Credential. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred. Demonstrated experience relevant to program coordination and supervision. Previous experience in secondary education and program development, implementation, and evaluation. TB Screening Livescan/Fingerprinting
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing after-school/ELO programs effectively. Support student recruitment and enrollment processes. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment aligned with district values. Coordinate student enrollment and schedules to optimize participation. Communicate program details promptly to parents/guardians and address inquiries. Collaborate with instructional teams, site administration, and program partners to set academic and social-emotional goals. Conduct regular meetings with site administration to oversee daily program operations. Facilitate and participate in relevant meetings and conferences. Act as a key school resource for the assigned program, fostering community partnerships. Generate student data reports to evaluate program impact effectively. Maintain accurate program records and documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned.
