What You’ll Be Doing (and crushing it!)
We are looking for a System Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure our enterprise IT systems. You will maintain Windows, Linux, VMware, and Azure environments, support servers and Kubernetes clusters, implement upgrades and security protocols, and ensure systems run smoothly while providing guidance to IT teams. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic project execution and collaboration.
- Maintain and optimize IT environments, perform upgrades, and enforce best practices
- Manage servers, virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized workloads
- Troubleshoot complex system and network issues, implement security, backups, and disaster recovery
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects, cloud modernization, and hardware/software upgrade
- 2 years in a junior/senior/lead system administration role with VMware, Azure, and Kubernetes experience
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash) and deep security knowledge
- Relevant certifications preferred (MCSE, RHCE, VMware VCP, Azure Admin/Architect, CKA/CKAD, RBAC)
- Cisco, Windows, Linux
- Disaster Recovery and Cyber Security
