Job Description
We are seeking a client-facing Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of client change initiatives and infrastructure onboarding within a global financial services environment.
This role requires a unique blend of core project management capabilities and technical acumen surrounding system integrations, API connectivity, secure file transfers, and networking solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between corporate clients, business units, and global engineering teams.

- Infrastructure: Cisco Networking Environments, Connectivity Solutions, Secure File Transfers
- Integrations: APIs, System-to-System Integrations, Client Onboarding
- PM Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

Core Responsibilities
- Technical PM: Partner with IT engineering, third-party vendors, and client teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration and connectivity issues.
- Client Delivery: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing the onboarding of new financial products and data-sharing solutions.
- Project Governance: Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risk registers, and translate complex business requirements into technical specs.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee implementation of technical solutions ensuring strict data integrity, information security, and compliance with U.S. financial regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of Project Management experience specifically within systems implementation, IT infrastructure, or software integration environments.
- Industry: Proven background in Financial Services (Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Wealth Management).
- Connectivity Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical integration concepts, including APIs, web services, and secure file transfer protocols.
- Global Teams: Experience coordinating delivery across cross-functional, global, and remote teams.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience managing networking infrastructure upgrades or Cisco-based connectivity initiatives.
- Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
