- Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV)
- Identify, analyze, and eliminate process variations to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency
- Define project charters, success metrics, and business cases aligned with business goals
- Apply statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Facilitate cross-functional teams for structured problem-solving and change management
- Develop and maintain standard work, control plans, and performance dashboards
- Mentor Green Belts and teams on Six Sigma practices
- Track and report measurable business improvements from projects
