Role: CAE Engineer (Mechanical Design engineer)
Location: Raymond, OH – (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time (Permanent)

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME)
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a CAE Analyst
• Strong experience in:
  • 1D & 3D thermal simulation
  • Fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation
• Hands-on experience with system simulation tools:
  • 1D Tools:
    • GT-Suite
    • Siemens Amesim
  • 3D Tools:
    • Star CCM
    • OpenFOAM
    • ANSYS Fluent
• Experience in automotive domains, including:
  • HVAC systems
  • Cabin comfort
  • Full vehicle-level simulation
• Expertise in:
  • CAE model construction
  • Calibration
  • Validation
  • Analysis
• Ability to develop custom CAE methodologies for improved modeling and analysis
• Advanced degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
