Social Media Marketing Specialist

Wise Choice Remodeling is a Southern California-based home services company focused on roofing, windows, HVAC, and exterior renovations.

We’re a multi-site business with strong sales infrastructure, looking to build a more consistent and effective marketing engine.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and managing engaging content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve results. Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and values is also a key aspect of this role.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of social media and day-to-day marketing execution.

This is a hands-on role, creating content, posting consistently, and helping generate inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and post content (projects, before/after, videos, team highlights)
• Support lead generation efforts through digital channels
• Work with sales team to align messaging and campaigns 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
• Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and utilize insights for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus

Salary

• $65K-$85K total annual comps performance bonuses
