Wise Choice Remodeling is a Southern California–based residential remodeling platform
delivering full-service home renovation through a licensed subcontractor model.
Role
The DoP owns end-to-end operational execution across all renovation projects. This role is
responsible for project delivery, subcontractor performance, quality, safety, and customer
experience, and serves as the CEO’s operating arm in scaling operations with discipline and
consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Own operational strategy, capacity planning, and standardized processes across all
service lines.
• Oversee project execution from contract handoff through completion, ensuring on-time,
on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Build, manage, and continuously upgrade a high-performing subcontractor network
across trades.
• Enforce quality control, site inspections, warranty resolution, and customer satisfaction
standards.
• Champion safety, permitting, licensing, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
• Establish and track operational KPIs (cycle time, on-time completion, rework, margins,
customer satisfaction).
• Partner with Finance on job costing, budgets, and margin accountability; with Sales on
pipeline forecasting and handoffs.
• Lead and scale the operations team (project managers, schedulers, field supervisors)
and build future org structure.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7 years of senior operations experience in construction, remodeling, home services, or
parallal sectors.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and subcontractor-based
delivery models.
• Strong operational judgment, process orientation, and problem-solving ability.
• Financially literate operator with experience managing project budgets and margins.
• Hands-on leader with strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
Reporting
- Reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the leadership team.
Salary
- $200K-$215K Total annual comps Preformence Bonuses
