We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our home-heating oil team. This is a part-time, seasonal position with the potential to become a permanent and/or full-time. This role involves answering customer calls, taking fuel delivery orders, and providing excellent service to ensure customers stay warm and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Take and process heating oil delivery orders accurately
- Assist customers with account questions, pricing, and delivery scheduling
- Provide friendly, helpful service to resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain customer information and order details in company systems
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries

- Strong phone and communication skills
