Duties

- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct data entry tasks as required to maintain updated customer records.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and communication.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
- Experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
