Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds
- Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback and service trends
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
