Are you an experienced automotive parts professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping technicians and customers moving? We are seeking a motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership team.

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians by accurately identifying and supplying parts.
• Help retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and orders.
• Research parts using manufacturer catalogs and electronic lookup systems.
• Process special orders, returns, warranties, and core returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory.
• Promote accessories and related products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
• Work closely with the service department to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership parts department experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM electronic parts catalogs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing and walking.

Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Additional incentive compensation may be available based on individual and departmental performance.
