JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for the management and operations of
onsite and mobile phlebotomy, long term care client services, and
relationships with and management of the outsourced courier vendor.
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor\'s degree
preferred or an Associate\'s degree with a minimum of five years
Directly Related Experience Required. 2. Minimum Of Three Years
management experience, preferably in a clinical laboratory. 3. Ability
to communicate effectively with diverse populations by being articulate,
concise, and persuasive both in writing and orally. 4. Demonstrated
project and time management, and critical thinking skills, 5.
Flexibility to meet customer needs. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite. 7. Knowledge of principles of organizational development and
organizational effectiveness preferred. 8. Valid WI driver\'s license
and Department of Motor Vehicle record meeting the requirements of
Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories\' Driving Record Standards Policy.
