Duties

- Assist customers with selecting the right devices, accessories, and service plans that best fit their lifestyle.
- Perform upselling by recommending additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts.
- Maintain an organized retail space by merchandising products attractively and ensuring shelves are stocked with the latest items.
- Assist in inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Support team members through supervising experience when needed, helping to train new staff or assist with daily operations.
- Conduct product demos for customers to highlight features such as device capabilities, network coverage, and compatibility.
- Keep up-to-date with new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical details in an understandable way.
- Experience with POS systems for processing sales efficiently and accurately.
- Proven retail sales experience, especially in electronics or grocery store environments preferred.
- Supervising experience is a plus for supporting team operations and training new staff.
